Challenged Moms, a support group of moms of special needs kids of all ages, was formed during Springfield Challenger during the Challenger Fun Tournament in Virginia Beach many years ago. Challenged Moms have a wealth of information that is worth sharing with any mother, either at our monthly gatherings or through the Challenged Moms yahoo group website. Discussions range from the IEP process/teachers, to diapers, to special diets, to specialized physicians and therapists and other topics that are pertinent to the growth and development of our children and families. Challenged Moms web site is a yahoo group site which is extensively used by moms seeking answers to specific questions.
